Do I need an account?
No. You can use the app and keep your family records on your device without creating an account.
Is there a subscription?
No new subscription. Tovi is a paid download. If you subscribed to an earlier version, contact us about your existing access.
Where does my child's data live?
New family records stay on your device. On iPhone, private iCloud sync may be available through your Apple account. Read the details on our privacy page.

Your family data
- No account is needed for the new app.
- You can add child names, birth dates, interests and optional photos on your device.

- App stores handle purchases. If you email us for support, we receive what you send.
What we never do
- We do not show ads, anywhere in Tovi.
- We do not sell or rent your data, or your children's data, to anyone.
- We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
- Child profiles are never public and never visible to other users.
About children's data
Tovi is for parents and caregivers. Family records in the new app stay on your device. On iPhone, private iCloud sync may be available through your Apple account. We do not offer cross-platform family sync.
Your choices
You can edit or delete child profiles and journal entries on your device. On iPhone, you can also export or import a family backup in Settings. Keep any exported file private. If you used an earlier account, contact us for access or deletion help.

How to request deletion of an earlier account
The new Tovi app does not require an account. If you used an earlier account-based version, email hello@tovi.kids from the address on that account. We may need to confirm ownership before acting on a request.
What you can manage in the new app
Child profiles and journal entries can be edited or deleted on the device. On iPhone, you can export a family backup from Settings. Manage exported files where you save them, and iCloud copies in your private Apple account.
Earlier records and store purchases
Records from the earlier account-based app and store purchase records have separate handling. Contact us if you need help with earlier family data or an existing subscription. Apple and Google control their own transaction records.

Purchases and earlier subscriptions
The new Tovi is a one-time paid download. Your app store shows the current local price. If you have a subscription from the earlier version, contact us about your access and use your App Store or Google Play settings to manage that subscription.
Family data and backups
The new app works without a Tovi account. On iPhone, Family → Settings lets you export or import a family backup; keep that file private. iPhone data may also sync through your private iCloud account when available.

Using Tovi
Tovi is for adult parents and caregivers. You are responsible for the information you add and for supervising every activity. Adapt activities to each child's abilities and stop if an activity is unsafe or unsuitable.
Purchase
The new Tovi is a paid download with all app features included and no new subscription. Apple or Google shows the price for your region and handles purchases and refunds through its store. Earlier subscriptions are a separate existing obligation; contact us if you need help with access.
Content and recommendations
Activities and plans are general ideas for family play, not medical, developmental, or professional advice. Use your own judgment and seek qualified advice when needed.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or upload unlawful or harmful content. We may restrict access when necessary to protect users or the service.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Tovi reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, Tovi is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
