Is the free version really the whole app?
Yes. Every activity, every step-by-step guide, unlimited children, saving and history. Grow adds planning and progress tools on top; it never unlocks activities that were hidden from you.
Do I need Grow to enjoy Tovi?
No. Plenty of families use the free version forever. Grow starts to make sense when you want weekly plans, the journal, or the long view of how your child is developing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, straight from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Your data and your free features stay exactly as they were.
Where does my child's data live?
In your family's account, used only to match and record activities. We do not sell data or run ads. The short, human-readable version is on our privacy page.

What we collect
- Your account: email address and a display name.
- Child profiles: a first name or nickname, birth month and year, and interests. No surnames, no photos required.
- Activity history: which activities you saved, did, and how they went.
- Basic device information so the app works and we can fix crashes.
What we never do
- We do not show ads, anywhere in Tovi.
- We do not sell or rent your data, or your children's data, to anyone.
- We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
- Child profiles are never public and never visible to other users.
About children's data
Tovi is an app for parents. Accounts belong to adults, and child profiles exist only inside the parent's account, under the parent's control. We collect the minimum needed to suggest age-appropriate activities: roughly how old a child is and what they enjoy.
Your choices
You can edit or delete any child profile at any time from the app. You can delete your entire account and its data from the app settings, or by emailing us. You can also ask us for an export of your data.

How to request deletion
- Open Tovi, then go to Profile → App settings → Delete account.
- Review the permanent deletion notice and confirm Delete account.
- We may ask you to confirm account ownership before deletion.
We complete verified requests within 30 days and email you when deletion is finished.
What is deleted
Your account, family and child profiles, interests, activity history, saved items, plans, notes, subscription entitlements, and other content associated with your account are permanently deleted.
What may be retained
Encrypted backups may retain deleted data for up to 30 additional days before automatic expiry. Google Play transaction records are controlled by Google under its policies. We retain only the minimal records required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute obligations, and only for the required period.
Delete some data without deleting your account
You can edit or remove child profiles and saved content in the app. You can also email us with a specific deletion request.

Email hello@tovi.kids with the device you use and a short description of what happened. A human will reply.
Subscriptions and billing
Open Profile → Subscription & billing to review your plan or restore a purchase. You can manage or cancel an active subscription from your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Sign-in help
Use the same Apple or Google account you originally chose. If sign-in still fails, include the error shown on screen when you contact us. Never send us your password or verification code.
Privacy and account deletion
Read our privacy policy, or open Profile → App settings → Delete account to permanently delete your account and associated data.

Using Tovi
Tovi is for adult parents and caregivers. You are responsible for your account, the information you add, and supervising every activity. Adapt activities to each child's abilities and stop if an activity is unsafe or unsuitable.
Subscriptions
Apple or Google handles purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and localized pricing for its platform. Paid features remain available for the subscription period shown by the store. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Content and recommendations
Activities, plans, and AI-assisted suggestions are general educational and planning information, not medical, developmental, or professional advice. Use your own judgment and seek qualified advice when needed.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or upload unlawful or harmful content. We may restrict access when necessary to protect users or the service.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Tovi reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, Tovi is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
